I decided to stick it out until my contract expired. At that point their customer service had started to improve so i decided to give them a second chance because i loved there actual phone service. It worked everywhere i went. You should definately keep them as an option if you ever think about swithing. I am not certain what Verizon used to be I will have to check that out. Now, I'm with Nextel/Sprint and am happy with the company, but the service gets spotty in some out of the way places where Verizon has a strong presence. The fact that they're turning around is good if I decide to switch. I’m glad to hear that Verizon is getting their act together.
