The Verizon Gleam Phone from Samsung has just been released to Verizon Wireless Customers.  The official name is the Samsung Gleam SCH-U700.  At first glance you will find that it is tall and skinny like the RAZR when it is open.  The Verizon Gleam Phone from Samsung also appears as though it was made for the business professional.  It has a very nice finish on the outside and it is not flashy.  Now that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t pack a punch.  The Samsung Gleam has all the features you would expect to find on a phone these days.

The Verizon Gleam Phone from Samsung comes with a 2 megapixel camera which includes a camcorder function.  It is capable of playing V CAST Videos and Music which helps appeal to the younger generation.  The phone supports Bluetooth Stereo which it seems most mobile phones are capable of these days, but adds a lot of value for those interested in using their phones to listen to music.  The microSD expansion slot can hold up to a 4 GB card for any data you would like to store. verizon-gleam-phone.jpg It also includes VZ Navigator if you like having the mobile GPS in your phone.

Overall the Verizon Gleam phone from Samsung appears to be a solid addition to the Verizon Wireless phone line up.  This is something it seems Verizon has been working hard on the last couple of months to help provide there customers with a better selection of  cell phones.
