I agree the iPhone is one of the most advanced phones/smart-phones available. But it has so much features that are not thought through to the end.
Yeah I think I'm going to hold out as well at this point. Although I do think the iPhone is amazing in comparison to anything else out there. It's exciting to think about where phones will go from here. Thanks for stopping by.

Yeah users are way stoked about their new toys. Here is an article talking about users reviews of the iPhone a few days after its release.

Jewel,

Do you know when the iPhone is expected to arrive in Canada? I havn't checked. Are people going crazy in anticipation like they did here? I agree with you as far as the complaints are concerned. It always happens with a new product, everything will iron itself out especially when Apple is involved. Thanks for stopping by.

Mike Belasco,

Ha ha yeah I am sure they are having some serious issues at this point. I had not heard about the blender yet. I knew there were lots of people busting them open to figure out who made the parts inside. I will have to look the blender one up. Thanks for stopping by.

CyberCelt - forget keeping your home secure, how about a phone that can keep your house clean??

We don't have the iPhone in Canada yet, but we are all excitedly waiting. I think that most of those complaints are just your typical 'getting started' kind of complaints, and they don't reflect badly on the iPhone.

I think the iPhone is probably advanced beyond anything available. However, the mobile platform and hardware to serve all those features is just not there.

I am holding out for the phone that replaces all my gadgets, keeps my appointments, runs my network and keeps my home secure. LOL
